The recommended support channel is the online support system in our account center, which is available 24/7 and is the fastest method to have your issue fixed. Most tickets are resolved within minutes (depending on its priority and the complexity of the fix). You can also track the progress of current request and review closed tickets via this system.

2. Telephone Support

VinaHost provides telephone support during business hours (8am - 5pm from Monday to Friday and 8am - 12pm on Saturday, our timezone is GMT+7). The support hotline is (08) 3511 9384.

The telephone support is most suitable for general enquiries regarding the use of our services or emergency support. For security reasons, answers regarding clients account details will be limited via this channel.


3. Live Chat Support

In order to provide more support options for our hosting clients, VinaHost has implemented a new channel that allows clients to communicate directly with our support department. It will be an effective solution for general enquiries, service consultations and solving technical issues where client interaction is required.
